Some places can only be captured best by an actual visit and Venice is one of those places to me! The gondolas, with their distinctive style and elegance, seem to glide across the water, passing gracefully under low bridges and tight canals. Several gondolas waiting along the water’s edge appeared to be extending their invitation of romance, so I named the painting of this memory, “Venice Beauties”.
