Education and Studies
Linda obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from
Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.
While at Louisiana Tech, she studied art under
M. Douglas Walton, who was
a student himself under noted watercolorist,
Edgar Whitney.
Linda has continued her studies focusing mainly on watercolor, under
numerous well known artists in workshops throughout the United States as well as through personal instruction.

Linda’s watercolors have also been promoted in several
One Woman Shows, and was also featured in conjunction with the
A. D. Players
Theatre production of “Sister Calling My Name”. Linda was
recently the featured artist at the Waller Art & Film Festival in Waller, Texas.
